Free 7-Day Workout and Nutrition Plan
Why not try my no-obligation Free 7-day plan. You’ll get a 7-day workout programme with a different workout every day and a 7-day nutrition and meal plan programme including 3 healthy, tasty recipes (breakfast, lunch and dinner) every single day. It’s also a great opportunity for you to log in to the members’ area of my website, have a look around, and get an idea of what’s on offer and how it all works.
I would recommend starting with the Ultimate plan, where you will get my full focus and attention. I will be in touch with you most days to check on your progress, give you coaching, support, advice, motivation and accountability to help you stay on track. With this plan, I will give you a personalised bespoke workout and nutrition programme, tailored to your specific needs and goals. I usually suggest following this plan for around 3 months, by which time you will probably be ready to move to my Premium plan. I only take a maximum of 20 clients at a time on this plan, so please contact me for availability.
With the Premium plan, I will be in touch with you around once a week (maybe a little more in the first few weeks) for advice, support and progress updates. With this plan, I will select an appropriate workout and nutrition programme for you from my existing library and you will have access to all the workouts and programmes on my website. Free access to all of my regular challenges is also included with this plan.

I run regular 6-Week Challenges which are fun but demanding programmes designed to deliver accelerated results. With these challenges, you get my personal 1-2-1 support and also that of your fellow ‘challengees’ through a private VIP Facebook group. You will learn a lot about your health and nutrition and there is often an opportunity to win some great prizes. You will find my latest challenge in the ‘Single Plans’ tab.
