In this zone you will find a variety of workouts that range from 15 - 40 minute workouts. These workouts are what I use to stay in shape along with Weights TRI workouts - strength training for me has really made a difference.
I use complex moves in these workouts which means that you don't have to lift heavy to see results. I do encourage you to pick up weights that are heavy enough to struggle with the last couple of reps but the most important aspect is being able to keep your form throughout - so if that means dropping down a weight then that will be more beneficial than using incorrect technique.
