Balance Time


Balance Time offers a range of Mindfulness, Meditation and personal development workshops and one to one coaching offered online. We offer a range of Balance Time meditation to provide an opportunity for participants to develop their self awareness and promote personal health and wellbeing.

The videos aim to 

  • Promote self awareness and personal wellbeing
  • Introduce meditation and mindfulness as an evidence based tool to increase wellbeing of mind, body and spirit
  • Offer a range of techniques such as NLP, Coaching and Couching as tools to improve focus 
  • Offer opportunities for participants to connect with their creative self 
  • Creating the vision for the year ahead
  • How your mind can help your body lose weight.
