Fat Shreds Beginners


In this zone you can expect challenging sessions of high intensity training. These workouts are great fun and the time goes so quickly when you are in flow. You will get your heart rate up while building lean muscle, strengthening and lengthening your muscles and rev up your metabolism for hours after.

The majority of these workouts are 30 minutes in length with a few going a little longer - if you want serious fat burning then this zone is for you. I have paired specific exercises together to ensure maximum fat burning from start to finish.

Take longer rests to start with if you are struggling....you will notice your stamina and fitness pick up in no time.
