Want to get stronger? This plan contains workouts with a training method in which exercises are used to build lean muscle through weights and body weight workout combinations. Exercises in this zone are carefully selected to maximise fat loss and increase metabolism while building strength and power through compound exercises for maximum burn.
I have written you a 12 week programme to follow where you will target every muscle group each week. Once you have completed the workouts watching the video you can add in further rounds to maximise your progression, this is all stated within the plan. I have also included a nutrition plan which is rich in protein and provides a good balanced diet to ensure you are not only losing fat but building muscle and definition. I have also included some bonus workouts for you to add in to your weekly program as you progress. If you are completely new to exercise, you need to follow the 12 week get fit plan before moving on to this.
This plan is suitable for the advanced lifters as well, it will challenge you through a different training method and enhance your goals.
You must always warm up before every workout to raise your heart rate and get the blood pumping to your muscles - you will see the warm ups in each zone.
