My method is simple - if you want to lose weight then stick to food list A as much as possible. You will lose weight faster if you just stick to this list only. For a slower, more sustainable weight loss then choose foods from group B, but be mindful of the portions you choose per day and relax it slightly if you are just wanting to eat healthily.

A. Eat as much as you like - it’s not a diet - it’s called healthy eating
B. Eat in moderation (check portion control document below) - getting fit and healthy is not a punishment, don't put a ban on your favourite foods
C. Try to avoid - will power is a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets
