Our latest challenge is the Tin Tone Challenge! This is a 14 day challenge and all you need is a couple of tins of bean or water's great fun and you will really tone up and see the benefits in no time! Each day there is a new workout lasting around 5 minutes each....there are a few days in which you will need to work a little harder and longer but you will love it!
