Weight loss Plan


Do you want to lose weight? This zone is for you! I have carefully selected workouts that incorporate fat burning and strength training which is important for increasing your metabolism and trimming and toning! MyFitZone ethos is all about changing your lifestyle for long term results and not quick fixes, this plan will help you on your way to seeing the body that you desire and have always dreamed of having. I will be teaching you how to make simple food swaps, write food diaries, plan ahead and help you to understand the importance of eating a well balanced diet that will help you fuel your workouts to get maximum benefits.  I want you to be working out 5-6 times per week - but the good news is that they are all short workouts so can easily be fitted in around busy lifestyles! I want you to get into a daily habit of moving more and eating well and the results will show for themselves. 

Don't worry if you don't have any weights - there are other options for you - please make sure you download the workout plan and read it.

It is important to follow the weight loss meal plan example for guidance and use the food list by sticking to A group foods. You are allowed to have 1-2 days per week where you can have 3-5 portions of B group foods - but the more you stick to A group, the quicker your results.  These groups of foods offer a well balanced meal of macro (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats) and micro nutrients (Vitamins and Minerals).

4. Check your progress once per week - top tip that works for my clients - take photos of everything that you eat, I am certain you will surprise yourself.
