Incase you have forgotten - I changed things up last month for ease for both you and I. I have now added your workouts to the daily workout schedule.

October is a super challenging month - with a heavy focus on abs and body weight strength training. Get it done!

Following my monthly schedule is great if you are not sure which workouts to do, or if you are looking for inspiration. Every month I take all the hard work out of it for you by putting together a daily plan of workouts for you to follow. I have some exciting new updates to the website coming this month so this will be new and improved going forward, with a calendar that you can easily click straight to the workouts.
