I am really excited for you to join my prenatal exercise sessions. These workouts are designed to provide a safe exercises that will help you keep fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
I have specifically kept the workouts simple, effective and low-impact. if you are already active and a regular gym bunny, it is safe to continue the majority of the exercises that you already do but I have designed these workouts based on my own experience of training prenatal women.
It’s important not to be jumping around, running and performing exercises that you may worry about and have concerns that they may harm your baby. I am also very aware that unless you are doing the exercises correctly then you could be doing more harm than good.
I recommend you read the postnatal introduction manual before you get started as this gives you a little information about exercise and potential complications.
