Don't let the term "Low-impact" fool you. Low-impact exercise gives you a calorie-burning workout - the perfect complement to your workout plan.
Here you will find workouts in here that will be super challenging - you don't always have to be jumping around to get a sweat on - try a workout and you will see what I mean!
Low-impact exercises are less stressful on your joints compared to high-impact activities such as running and squat jumps etc. Low-impact activities are also recommended if you're new to exercise, but also if you're overweight, pregnant, have 'dodgy knees', have an injury or a chronic condition such as osteoporosis that makes high-impact activity risky.
I have specifically chosen these workouts for this zone but there are also a lot of other low-impact workouts in the weights and core zones so don't forget to check them out too.
