Upper Body Zone

NO-ONE REGRETS A GOOD WORKOUT!

The best way to achieve proper posture is to tone your back and shoulder muscles, strengthening them to hold the top half of your body up. Developing your upper body improves confidence and gives you a sense of capability. Your daily activities are much easier with a little muscle. Confidence also improves because increases in strength are easily measured from the weight that you are using and how much easier everyday activities become.  

Remember that the majority of the workouts on this website are full body workouts so you get a lot of upper body strength building workouts in the other zones too, but I have tried to pick workouts here that are specific to the upper body and I'll continue to add to this zone on a regular basis - but do use the other zones too.
