It can be daunting to know where to start with so many mixed messages in the media with regards to strength training - when is the right time to do it, before or after cardio, whether strength training is better for weight loss than cardio etc etc. I have developed the Fat Shreds Weights workouts based on tried and tested methods with unique pairing of exercises to maximise results.
With these workouts you can expect to burn a serious amount of calories through a combination of high intensity interval training and strength work combined to form what I call 'Cardio Weights' - the ultimate fat burning workout.
These workouts range from 30 minutes to just under 1 hour and will fire up your metabolism and get you burning calories for hours after you've finished. Technique is so important with these exercises so make sure you follow my direction.
I personally love to do one of these workouts every week and on other days I like to do shorter, higher intensity workouts which you can find in the 5 and 10 minute workout zones.
